Standard Terms & Conditions
Pricing and Taxation
- All quoted rates include materials, tools, and labor costs unless otherwise specified.
- Applicable taxes will be charged extra on the quoted rates as per government regulations.
- Measurement will be based on the actual area of treatment including vertical application.
- Any additional items not covered in the quotation will be charged separately.
Client Responsibilities
- Client shall provide electricity, storage space for materials, water, and accommodation for workers free of cost at the site.
- Client shall ensure that once treatment has been completed and tested, it is not damaged by other agencies working at the site. Any damage repair will incur additional charges.
- Removal and disposal of debris/waste materials will be the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
- Client shall provide a clean site after removing all debris, obstructions, etc., before work commencement.
Project Timeline
- Work will commence within 5-7 business days after receiving the confirmed work order.
- Timeline may be adjusted based on weather conditions, material availability, and other factors beyond our control.
Payment Terms
- An advance payment is required before commencement of work.
- Remaining payments shall be made as per the agreed payment schedule.
- Invoices will be raised based on the actual treated area at the site.
- A retention amount may be held for a specified warranty period as mutually agreed.
Warranty
- Our services come with a standard warranty period as specified in the contract.
- The warranty is subject to proper maintenance and usage as recommended.
- The warranty does not cover damage due to external factors, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
